While most art gallery software focus on the convenience of systemizing inventory, organizing online exhibitions and client relationships, IT Gallery has it written bold and clear on their front page: “Our app is an ever-ready sales point, database, and document-generator, which enables galleries to increase sales by 3.4x.”
Although it is a young company, they report happily that the number of galleries that join every year is rising steadily. Nevertheless, it makes perfect sense. Considering lower than other software prices, and tailored to efficient performance features, IT Gallery is gaining popularity and respect among gallery owners, artists and collectors.
Meeting client’s needs, delivering and suggesting paintings and sculptures that would satisfy their refined taste is a demanding task. However, IT Gallery makes it easy and possible: via the offline-ready app, you can reach collectors, send them artist profiles and artworks they might want and show them available collections or invite them to private viewings.
To protect your and your client’s data, IT Gallery uses Secure Sockets Layer transmission—the standard security technology that establishes an encrypted link between a browser and a web server. (Hence all passing data remains private and integral.)
Just like any other software we featured, IT Gallery allows you to automate daily tasks to run a gallery or a studio more efficiently: sorting out and organizing inventory, reaching out to clients, setting up exhibitions, creating your website with synchronized content and more.

What our experts think
Pros:
The first thing that comes in handy when using IT Gallery software is a functional storage system: any data including contacts, artwork descriptions, documents, and invoices is organized and archived intuitively. Basically, “all in one place and under control” is about IT Gallery. Surely, it might be lacking the innovative grandiose of some larger and older software, but for someone who is looking to get a simple, yet efficient solution to running a local art gallery or a studio, this software has more than enough.
I am not the only one to notice that about IT Gallery. Another satisfied user said she has been “using the system almost from the beginning of my career, and I cannot be happier with it. It’s broken down into all the sections that I need, even an App. I found it very intuitive and easy to use.”
Speaking of the app, it is another helpful addition to the IT Gallery features: you can carry your entire database on any of your devices. Available to you at any time you can track your purchases as a collector (or brag about them), and edit, show and sell artworks on the go (ultimate convenience for art consultants and buyers).
While testing IT Gallery for a few days (courtesy of a free trial) I did not sell or keep track of artworks (frankly, I wish to hold on to paintings I have collected over time). However, other users say that software has a vast selection of features to establish better contact with clients, develop a stronger database and overall organize inventory based on sold consigned or in-house artworks.
