The main positive of TurboTax is its ease of use. Many people have said that the platform takes the stress and complications out of tax filing. Assistance from TurboTax experts is timely and very helpful. One user said that TurboTax helped businesses and self-employed individuals receive deductions.
The downside to TurboTax is that it can get expensive should you choose one of the premium plans. The lower-priced and the free version of TurboTax are more affordable, but they do not have some of the advanced features.
