McAfee antivirus software is recognized as a leader in online protection. The software has won numerous awards and certifications from media outlets and cyber-related organizations. Plus, McAfee protects over 600 million devices worldwide. The software has several features to protect your devices from digital threats. With File Shredder, sensitive files are deleted completely with no traces left behind. The protection score shows your safety level online and suggests easy fixes for weak spots. To prevent identity theft, the Identity Monitoring tool scans personal info like IDs, phone numbers, and email addresses for signs of data breaches. McAfee antivirus software has two new features, lost wallet support and identity restoration experts. However, these are only available for the McAfee+ Advanced plan.
For personal use: McAfee has two plan categories, Individual and Family. The main difference is that plans under the Family category have the Parental controls feature. Plus, the Individual category plans are slightly cheaper. Each plan has a first-year price discount. You can save up to $120 for the first year of your subscription. McAfee does not currently have a plan for businesses. However, one is under development. It is called Small Business Protection and is in the beta testing phase. The plan is only available to a select group of Dell customers. If you want to test out the software before buying, McAfee has a 30-day free trial.

McAfee reviews
McAfee is an easy-to-use antivirus software with a navigable user interface and intuitive features. The software also provides a high level of protection. Many users have said that McAfee does a great job of detecting and removing viruses, trojan horses, and other threats. The File Shredder and Identity Monitoring features in particular were praised by many people in their customer reviews.
While McAfee is easy to navigate, it can sometimes feel a little clunky. The main dashboard does not have a complete list of features. Instead, they are housed in a side menu which is accessed by clicking a widget. Opening the menu each time you want to use a particular feature can get tedious. Lags and glitches sometimes occur. The price can be expensive for some people. Lastly, McAfee has removed the file backup feature from their features suite.
