Engage Bay combines marketing, sales, and CRM software onto a single platform. The software is designed for small to medium sized businesses looking to grow their brand by reaching and converting visitors into customers. With an Engage Bay account, users get access to four suites: marketing, sales, service, and live chat. Each suite has numerous features. Some notable examples include:

There are four plans offered by EngageBay. The Free account gives you access to most features, but you are limited to 250 email contacts. To use the advanced features, upgrade your account to the Basic, Growth, or Pro plans. There are three billing options for these plans, biennial, yearly, or monthly. Biennial is the cheapest billing option, while monthly costs the most.

Pros 

  • All-in-one tool: Engage Bay was called an all-in-one solution for business, as well as “the complete package” for marketing tools. Having four suites means you get plenty of features to work with. Plus, having marketing, CRM, and sales tools on a single platform is convenient and can streamline the sales/marketing process.  
  • Affordable: Compared with other options, Engage Bay has a decent price. Many users said Engage Bay was affordable and fit with their business’s budget. One person said Engage Bay had tons of value for the price. Because of its affordability, Engage Bay is a good choice for start-ups and small businesses.  

Cons 

  • Limited language set: As of January 2022, Engage Bay only supports English. This puts some international users at a disadvantage. However, Engage Bay plans to support French, German, Portuguese, and other languages in the near future.  
  • Lack of training videos: While Engage Bay had helpful resources, users said that more training videos were needed. The videos would provide a helpful and comprehensive visual demonstration of Engage Ba
