Building workflows can be confusing and complicated. But with the Visual Workflow tool, you can easily build customer journeys using a drag-and-drop automation builder. The Abandoned Cart feature recovers lost customers with automatically triggered abandoned cart reminders. Auto-Responders sends automated emails to subscribers based on predefined conditions. The Perfect-Timing tool gathers historical data on your contacts to determine when your contacts are most likely to engage with your emails. The Transactional Email Service feature sends API or SMTP-triggered transactional emails to keep customers informed about their orders.
GetResponse has three different billing options: monthly, annually, and biannually. The annual and biannual options may cost more upfront but are cheaper in the long run. The price for each plan increases with the number of contacts you have. The plans start at 1,000 contacts and go up to 100,000. A 30-day free trial is available for every plan. The free GetResponse plan comes with basic features. Medium and large-scale companies can choose either the MAX or MAX2 plans. Instead of a set rate, these plans have custom pricing.
