Manychat is a marketing automation software for chat marketing done via Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, and other platforms. With Manychat, you easily engage prospective, new, and returning customers with automated interactive conversations. Some notable features include:
- Comments Growth Tool: Lets you automatically respond to comments on your Facebook posts.
- Click-to-Messenger Ads: Combines Manychat with Facebook Ads to funnel prospects onto Messenger. From there, you can initiate conversations, qualify leads, and accept payments.
- Keywords: Use-predetermined keywords to trigger messages, conversations, and business automations.
- Story Mentions Trigger: When someone mentions your Instagram account in their story, instantly reply to them with a thank you message, automated conversation, or a business automation.

Users agreed that Manychat was user-friendly. The interface had a simple design making it easy to navigate. The features were intuitive and easy to use. However, the Free plan has limitations. For one, it does not come with advanced features. Secondly, it only supports up to 1,000 contacts. Once that number is reached, the only option is to upgrade to the priced plan. The analytics tool could be improved/updated. Three capabilities that could be added to the feature are ROI, web, and predictive analytics. Manychat does not have lead scoring, which would be a useful feature for businesses.
