The cloud-based platform provides sales tax calculations for every location in the U.S., along with filing & remittance services, audit response, and indemnification. TaxCloud automatically calculates the correct sales tax rates across 13,000 plus jurisdictions in the U.S. This enables users to file with complete accuracy. A detailed sales tax report is also generated to help with filing. Businesses can integrate TaxCloud with their e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Intuit Quickbooks.
TaxCloud has a unique pricing system. The platform is partnered with 25 U.S. states. These states pay TaxCloud as a Certified Services provider for their Revenue Department. Therefore, users residing in the partnered states can use TaxCloud for free. People not living in the partnered states pay a base price of $10. The price increase with the number of API requests. For example, $20 per thousand between 1 and 1,000 requests.
