Category - TelehealthFelix Reviews and Product Details
Felix is a Canadian telehealth platform that allows you to get prescriptions for medications via an online visit with a licensed Canadian doctor. The medication is then shipped to your home or a location of your choosing. If you are not at home, you can pick up the medication at a post office. Visits are done asynchronously, which means you can complete them as you like. Felix provides medication for three categories: sexual, daily, and mental health. You can receive medication and treatment for hair loss, allergies, acne, anxiety, depression, cold sores, birth control, and other medical conditions. To create a Felix account, you must provide some of your medical information. Next, select which prescription medication you need and answer the corresponding medical assessment. A healthcare professional will review your information and approve or deny your request based on your medical profile.
If you are approved by a healthcare professional, Felix charges a $40 fee for your initial online visit. The fee includes a prescription valid for 6-12 months plus support from a healthcare practitioner or pharmacist. However, Felix occasionally waives the online visit fee as a limited-time promotion. The medication costs depend on the types you choose. Felix provides an estimated cost of your medication (per refill) including the pharmacy fill fee. There is no charge for checkup visits as long you complete them while your prescription is still valid.

What our experts think
Pros:
Cons:
The main downside for Felix Health is that the mental health category only covers two conditions, anxiety and depression. People with other conditions like bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or addiction disorders might not be able to use Felix Health. However, the mental health category is fairly new, so more conditions might be added in the future.
