Globalization Partners (also known as G-P) aims to help organizations build their global workforce. At the centre of the platform is G-P Meridian Suite, a fully customizable suite of global employment products. There are two main products in the suite:
- G-P Meridian Prime: A premium global growth package that provides expert services for onboarding & offboarding, payroll management, employee contract generation, and more.
- G-P Meridian Core: This product also assists in various areas of global hiring, including compliance management, time & expense tracking, and contract generation.
There are two additional products available to users:
- G-P Meridian Contractor: Enables organizations to quickly and compliantly hire contractors in over 180 countries. The product has built-in Wise payment technology for quick, flexible, and transparent payment processing.
- G-P Meridian Recruit: Helps users find the top candidates within the global talent pool. Users can track recruiting activity, create new job orders, review request orders on the hiring process, sign recruiting contracts, and hire new contractors.
Each Globalization Partners product has custom pricing. You fill out and submit an information form listing your needs, e.g., the countries you are looking to hire candidates, primary product interest, and company challenges. Special offers are sometimes available. For example, G-P Meridian Contractor is free to use for 2023.

Thanks to Globalization Partners, users do not have to establish a legal entity in various countries. The platform handles all the complexities of international hiring, which minimizes risk for organizations.
One downside to Globalization Partners is the cost can be expensive for some organizations (e.g., small businesses or nonprofits). However, the G-P team does try to lower costs in certain areas. Some users have reported lags when onboarding new contractors.
