  • monday work management: run and manage workflow 
  • monday marketer: plan and manage marketing tasks and projects 
  • monday sales CRM: manage sales cycles and customer data 
  • monday projects: plan, align, and execute projects  
  • monday dev: plan, collaborate, and execute projects 

Each product has five plans: individual, basic, standard, pro and enterprise. The Individual plans are free for each product. The enterprise plan will be quoted a price from the sales team. The price for the remaining three plans will differ depending on the product you select and how many members will be using the plan. The price difference is minor (an average of $4-$5).  

There are key features common to all products. Software integration is a notable example. This feature lets you integrate the tools you already have, like Gmail, Zoom, or Excel, into a single platform. Another useful feature is’s automation, which completes minor repetitive work. Lastly, has a tool called Kanban to manage team communication and workflow.

  • Ease of use: is very easy to use, which is mainly due to its design. The software has a simple interface that is easy to navigate. You are not bogged down by complex tables, graphs, or menus. Tools and other items are explained straightforwardly.  
  • Organization and management: Several users said that helped them organize and manage their workflow. One person said they previously had notes on paper, in Apple Notes, and Microsoft Excel. helped them organize their notes into a single platform. Other users said that the software helped speed up their work; it improved productivity and enabled users to finish more projects in a short time span.
