A comprehensive suite of features. Whether sending reminders for appointments, following up with a patient with results, or even conducting checkups remotely via Video Visits, Hale offers a lot of features so it’s versatile for a wide range of medical and healthcare fields.
Cons:
Some concerns about inaccessibility. Hale supports English as its only language. While additional languages might come with time, it does stick out as a point of inaccessibility right now. It would be hard to entirely support a patient in another language, but many users would be more comfortable using a home tongue in the software itself.
