OnCall is a Canadian telehealth platform for practitioners specializing in behavioural health. The software is designed to simplify complicated workflows, improve clinical outcomes, and deliver a modern patient experience. With automated workflows, you can set up patient self-scheduling, request and capture patient data, collect payment and send receipts, automatically bill patients, and collect patient insurance verification. OnCall can be automatically synchronized with your EHR to standardize data entry. This reduces the time-consuming process of manual data entry. With zero-code integrations, you can connect your existing software and apps, including Stripe, Outlook, Google Calendar, and Candidhealth. OnCall’s analytics features help you make data-driven decisions. Some of the metrics you can measure are:
- Patient readmission rates
- Billing and revenue details
- Assessment completion rates
- Appointments scheduled
- Appointment cancellation reasons
The three plans offered by OnCall (Growth, Enterprise, and Custom) have custom pricing which is established by the OnCall sales team. The total cost is calculated by adding the software fee and active providers fee; an active provider is someone who books more than three virtual appointments per month.
